Gabi Dolff-Bonekämper, Stephanie Herold, Hans-Rudolf Meier: Identity and Heritage – a trialogue (GER)

In September, the term of our Research Training Group Identity and Heritage ends after nine years of funding from the German Research Foundation (DFG). During the funding period, 54 fellows and associated members researched the topic in an interdisciplinary and multi-perspective manner with their dissertations. In 195 lecture series and 8 annual conferences, speakers presented additional aspects for discussion. Three Mercator visiting professors from Canada, Israel and Brazil brought further impetus to our research community. In addition to the dissertations, eight conference publications and one final publication remain as results of the project. In a trialogue, the three speakers Gabi Dolff-Bonekämper, Stephanie Herold and Hans-Rudolf Meier will now take stock of these years in conversation with each other and discuss them with the audience. We look forward to lively participation and a lively debate.
